The Inventory Record has three (3) sub-components, each contained in separate Tabs: the Inventory Record, the Inventory Items, and the Scan items. The Inventory Record tab displays the summary of inventories conducted by the Unit Library, each inventory record is represented by a unique Batch number. The table shows the Batch number, Inventory date, Total holdings, Items found, Missing items, current Status, and menu Options.
The Inventory Items tab displays the items found for a specific inventory batch or period. A search is provided to easily find specific items and determine if an item has already been added to the selected inventory record.
The Scan Items tab is where the actual inventory is conducted. It also shows the summary of the current inventory, including the total holdings, items found, items on loan, etc.
